Our Story
Equiforte was founded by enterprise technology builders with deep roots in financial services — people who spent careers delivering mission-critical platforms for institutions like Silverstein Properties, RBC Capital Markets, First Data, and Square. What we kept seeing across every engagement was the same problem: private capital firms managing billions in assets were operating on fragmented data. Portfolio company financials lived in disconnected ERPs. Vendor spend was invisible at the fund level. Finance teams answered basic questions about their own portfolios by pulling reports manually from a dozen different systems. The data existed. The problem was that no one had built the infrastructure to make it usable — normalized, connected, and queryable in real time. We built Equiforte to close that gap. The platform consolidates portfolio company operating data into a single workspace, applies AI to categorize and analyze it automatically, and gives finance teams instant answers to questions that used to take days.
